100-Day Warranty (Defective Units)

If your Loop Lasso has a proven manufacturing defect within 100 days of purchase, we will replace it at no cost or issue a full refund.

Proof of defect (photos or videos) is required before a warranty claim can be processed.

Obvious defects (e.g., non-functional motors, major manufacturing errors) do not need to be returned for verification. If confirmed defective, we will issue a refund or replacement.
Money-Back Guarantee
Unopened Items:

If the product is sealed and unused, it may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs—we do not provide return labels.
Opened, Non-Defective Items:

All sales are final for opened products. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or dissatisfaction.

If you are unhappy with your purchase and the product is not defective, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a 50% refund.

The item must be returned before a refund is processed and must include all parts in good condition.

If returning an unopened or non-defective item, send it back using a trackable shipping method. Proof or return is required (drop off receipt, label, or tracking number)
