Loop Laboratories Return & Refund Policy

We take pride in our products and want you to have the best experience with your Loop Lasso. If you need to request a return, please review our policy below.

100-Day Warranty (Defective Units)

  • If your Loop Lasso has a proven manufacturing defect within 100 days of purchase, we will replace it at no cost or issue a full refund.

  • Proof of defect (photos or videos) is required before a warranty claim can be processed.

  • Obvious defects (e.g., non-functional motors, major manufacturing errors) do not need to be returned for verification. If confirmed defective, we will issue a refund or replacement.

Money-Back Guarantee

Unopened Items:

  • If the product is sealed and unused, it may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs—we do not provide return labels. 

Opened, Non-Defective Items:

  • All sales are final for opened products. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or dissatisfaction.

  • If you are unhappy with your purchase and the product is not defective, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a 50% refund.

  • The item must be returned before a refund is processed and must include all parts in good condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs—we do not provide return labels.

  • The 50% refund accounts for restocking and processing costs.

How to Request a Return or Warranty Replacement


Step 1: Contact Us

  • Email hello@looplaboratories.com with the subject line: "Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]".

  • Provide a detailed reason for the return. If claiming a defective unit, include clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Step 2: Receive Return Instructions

  • Our team will review your request and respond with return eligibility and next steps.

  • If the return is approved, you will receive detailed return instructions, including the return address.

Step 3: Ship the Item Back (If Applicable)

  • If returning an unopened or non-defective item, send it back using a trackable shipping method. Proof or return is required (drop off receipt, label, or tracking number)

  •  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs—we do not provide return labels.

Step 4: Refund or Replacement Processing

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement.

  • Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear.
